Melt the chocolate and butter together, until smooth |
Beat in the sugar and the eggs |
Sift in the flour and cocoa powder |
Add a pinch of salt |
A teaspoon of vanilla essence |
All the chocolate chips and mix till smooth. Pour into a baking tray lined with tin foil and lightly greased. |
In a seperate bowl, add all cheesecake ingredients and mix till smooth. |
Add the cheesecake mixture to the brownie mixture and swirl to create a marble effect. Whack in the oven for about 35 minutes. |
Leave to cool and then cut into squares. |
