Loreal Sublime Mousse Hair Dye

I decided to dye my hair last night as the red dye I had put on before was growing out (read greys were showing). I have been wanting to try the new mousse/foam type dyes that have been advertised, and had a choice between Loreal, John Frieda or Clairol.

I really wanted to try the John Frieda, but went with the Loreal as they had the darkest brown (Pure Darkest Brown). It aws marked down to £6.99 from the usual £9.99 at Superdrug.

Mixing was pretty straightforward, just instead of shaking the mix vigourously as per other dyes, you just tilt the bottle gently side to side. The dye then turns into a foam when you pump it into your hand.

The pictures on the box showed a model with lots of foam in her hair as though she has just lathered shampoo, but on my hair it just disappeared so I was a bit worried that I had done something wrong.  I managed to cover my whole head with one bottle, but only just!

I left it to develop for 30 mins. It washed out extremely quickly and easily!

My hair looks really shiny now and I love the colour!
