The main reason for our trip to South Africa was for my sister's wedding! It was the most gorgeous wedding I've ever been to! My sister looked absolutely stunning and a great day was had by all! It was on the 3rd Novembe at a beautiful wedding called Providence in the Midlands x

South Africa | TWO

After Newcastle, we moved on to Durban for a few days. Unfortunately, the weather was rubbish so we couldn't spend our days lounging on the beach soaking up the rays! 

We spent one of the days at uShaka Marine World which is an awesome place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Durban! We then went on to have a delicious lunch at Moyo on the beach front!

The first part of our trip was spent in my hometown, Newcastle, which is in Northern Kwa-Zulu Natal. We had a great time seeing old friends, spending time with the family and throwing a bridal shower for my sister - photos to follow soon!

This is amazing! And hilarious! Trust a bunch of South Africans to make the most of this horrible weather we've been having and turn a massive puddle in Raynes Park into a riding pool!

So it looks like the "Shit people say..." phenomenon has caught on! Just love this video, I had forgotten a few of the phrases! Although I do say Shame, now now, just now and eish all the time. There are a few other phrases I say that The Boyf has made fun of me for,  like when I tell him to go somewhere 'so long' or to 'hold thumbs' instead of 'keep your fingers crossed'. Love South African talk!
